Silicon Valley as a show has been awarded an ‘elite’ class of viewers ever since it started airing.
Coming from the diaries of Google and Facebook founders, the show has received a myriad of claps and praises. This HBO favorite has run for straight 6 seasons 2014 to 2019 and is known to be redundantly interesting with the seasons consistently revolving around brainy failures of the gang.

The producers aren’t sure of a season 7
The show’s executive producer and writer Alec Berg is himself not sure of an upcoming season. A blunt answer he gave when asked about Silicon Valley Season 7 was how much can you twist and tweak a tech satire? The man hinted at the limitation of ideas that are workable and entertaining as well.

The show, for straight six seasons, somehow managed to bag the eyeballs rolling into the show with disastrous yet humorous failures of some brilliant minds in the tech world. It is yet to be imagined what more can be added?
Was season 6 the finale season?
Though the airing of season 6 in December 2018 was soon followed by an announcement in May of it to be the finale of the show that ended with a swan song for our favorite Pied Piper. Named after the German folklore hero, Pied Piper did not come out to be a similar success and the showrunners have explored every bit of its failure.
Though the gang members are one of the finest technocrats the Silicon Valley has yet it nowhere guarantees their success and that’s what we have enjoyed so far in the show. It sounds sadist but it is quite funny, and we can’t help loving it more!

Mike Judge and Alec Berg have thanked the cast and crew of Silicon Valley several times for coming out victorious on a not so funny debate but this time the congratulatory note actually felt like the last one.
If there is a season 7, what can you expect?
The finale season dropped several hint bombs of Artificial Intelligence (AI) taking over Pied Piper and eventually the Silicon Valley. The last episode even had notes from an encryption free world and we are betting upon seeing a season which is ruled by the disastrous impact of AI on the tech world.
Who knows season 7 brings a new AI Richard of Pied Piper who would none other than an AI clone of Richard who is now running Pad piper in a not so favorable, harmonious but definitely funny manner.
Richard’s journey of setting up his dream start-up, Pied Piper, along with his mates has been inspirational to the core and cringe-worthy at the same time. Though the ‘end of the show’ announcement has had us cry all night, we are always hopeful of some pleasant surprises.
Maybe the gap is getting us ready for a Richard vs Richard ( real vs AI clone) series that is definitely going to tickle all those funny bones!
