We all saw Mr. Hopper die on Stranger Things season 3 but strangely the tough cop has survived. He has escaped death and is surprisingly laying railway tracks in the teaser of Stranger Things season 4. The place is Russia where Hopper along with many are working day and night. And yes, there is a massive transformation in Hopper.
Duffer bros have given the cop a hairdo. On season 4 of Stranger Things, we are going to see a baldy Hopper and trust us, he is delicious. But the delay due to coronavirus will not let us see Stranger Things any time soon.

Why the halt is a blessing in disguise for Stranger Things season 4
According to the plot pattern of Stranger Things, season 4 will be set in 1986. We saw in the finale of Stranger Things season 3 that Joyce Byers and her family along with Eleven decide to leave Hawkins. Following the reports, the timeline shown in the Stranger things season 3 was not what was originally planned. During prior seasons, the story was supposed to jump to the 1990s from season 2.
Duffer Bros has planned that with each season, they will show a jump in the decade. Though, it is difficult to implement the original plan now and tweak the story massively. But there are chances that the coronavirus led halt will make them follow the original plan in some manner.
Even the cast of Stranger Things is running out of time. They are fast approaching into adulthood. The jump in the timeline on season 4 of Stranger Things can do justice to their age. At least they will be able to play their age on Stranger Things season 4 with a jump in timeline. But we will have to wait longer to see how the Stranger Things season 4 will do justice to their age. The delay due to coronavirus is going to continue for long.

We had earlier predicted that Stranger Things season 4 will release by the spring of 2021. But now due to coronavirus delay, it seems highly unlikely that Stanger Things season 4 will release at the predicted date. The release of Stranger Things season 4 is delayed for an infinite period for now.
This delay, however, has come as a blessing in disguise. The ongoing delay will help Duffer Bros to make changes in the plot of Stanger Things season 4. Nothing is set in stone when it comes to scripts. Showmakers have done it earlier by tweaking the plot here and there to keep the audience engaged.
For now, it is a relief that Stranger Things season 4 is happening for sure, even though it is a matter of time and is coming with a thrilling storyline.
