Money Heist, originally known as “La casa de Papel” in Spanish, is currently one of the most talked-about shows from Netflix. None of the currently running shows on any OTT platform has generated hype and craze equal to Money Heist among fans.
And considering the kind of show it is, the popularity it gained should be of no surprise to anyone. Money Heist saw the release of its Season 4 on April 3rd on Netflix, and since then the theories and predictions for Season 5 are raining on the Internet. Though neither Netflix and nor the creators of the show have made any official announcement about the possibility of Money Heist Season 5, fans are pretty sure that Money Heist will have a Season 5.

Our theory says that The Professor and Raquel, his lady love, will plan the next heist in Money Heist Season 5.

The way Money Heist Season 4 ended made us certain of two things; one – Money Heist is definitely coming back with a Season 5; two – from the point where it ended, anything is possible in Season 5. The most discussed question is if The Professor, played by Álvaro Antonio, will be shot dead by Inspector Alicia, or if he’ll manage to stay alive by luring Alicia in joining the team.
We certainly don’t know the answer to this question, but what we know is that The Professor, if in case he manages to stay alive, will team up with Raquel, played by Itziar Ituño, to plan the next heist in Money Heist Season 5.

Money Heist Season 4 left us with many questions and a very few answers. Fans are certain of nothing; everything is in the circle of suspicion. One of the things that happened at the end of Money Heist Season 4 was the successful arrival of Raquel on the scene. Yes, Raquel, the cop who was once on The Professor’s trail but later joined the heist team, successfully entered The Bank of Spain just when we all thought she wouldn’t make it.

But the way in which the team rejoiced the return of Raquel raised some suspicion. The reaction was a little out of proportion and had fans speculation a few theories.
One of them is based on the fact that Raquel is the love interest of The Professor, and one of the very important characters of the show. Fans are speculating that after Professor’s father and brother, Professor will choose Raquel to plan the next heist in the Money Heist Season 5.
Keeping the brain of our Professor in mind, we know that he always has bigger plans. So, the successful entry of Raquel in the bank, and everybody’s excitement on seeing her, might mean something bigger.
Money Heist Season 5 might release in 2021.
The first season of Netflix’s Money Heist was released on 20th December 2017, which was then followed by Season 2 on 6th April 2018, Season 3 on 19th July 2019, and Season 4th recently on 3rd April 2020. Though there is rarely a pattern in release dates, it seems as Netflix releases a new Season of Money Heist as soon as it gets ready for the release.
However, considering the current pandemic scenario, which has caused the production of all the movies and shows to be halted, we doubt that Netflix will be able to release the next season with a year. Season 5 of Money Heist will probably rush to Netflix’s streaming window in the later part of 2021.
