Gould doesn’t feel a necessity for Walter and Jesse to appear in Better Call Saul.
In an interview with Collider, when asked if they have planned an appearance of Walter and Jesse in Better Call Saul Season 6, Gould said he doesn’t feel any obligations to do so.
Gould said: “I like to think that we don’t have as much of an obligation to have Walt and Jesse back in Better Call Saul because they’re such a great appearance in El Camino. But having said that, I would love to have them back.”
Peter Gould didn’t answer if Walter White (Bryan Cranston), and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) will be appearing in Better Call Saul finale or not. But by clarifying that he feels no obligation to do so, he has made it clear that the creators aren’t going to kneel in front of fans’ demand.

Neither Vince Gilligan and nor any of the cast members have hinted towards the probable appearance of Walter and Jesse in Better Call Saul Season 6. Instead, everyone has only denied the possibility, including the showrunner Peter Gould.
Still, as the true fans should, we will theorize of how they might end up having a cameo in the finale for Saul Goodman’s show. As per various theories, that hint towards a reference suggesting Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) being the lawyer for Jesse’s parents, it’s possible that Jesse might appear in one of the hearings. For Walt as well, there are certain possibilities.
However, any possibility of a concrete cameo falls short due to the time game between the events of both the shows.
