It is impossible to predict what happens next in Money Heist aka La Casa de Papel. But clearly, season three took the series’ meticulous planning, backstabbing, and flabbergasting robberies to a whole different level. The ending of the Season 3 has made us sure that Money Heist will have a Season 4 soon.
- When will Season 4 of Money Heist release?
- This can happen in Part 4 of La Casa de Papel
- Will the robbers finally emerge victorious?
Produced and written by Álex Pina, La Casa de Papel is a perfect heist show currently available on Netflix. The Spanish series follows a gang of robbers who were carefully chosen and schooled to rob the Royal Mint of Spain and the Bank of Spain. Season one and two followed them throughout their heist but Season three is all about bigger, better, and bolder offenses.
After a nearly off-the-edge successful attempt at the heist of Royal Mint of Spain, the thieves reunite a few years later, this time with their eyes set on a heavier prize — the Bank of Spain, where they plan to siphon off 90 tonnes of pure gold.
However, before season 4 releases on Netflix, the season 3 finale has pushed the audiences to the edge of their seats buzzing their minds with one question— can the robbers successfully pull off the heist at the Bank of Spain or will they see their own downfall in season 4?
Season one comprised of 14 episodes, Season 2 had 9 and Season 3 wrapped in 8 episodes.
Here’s everything you can expect to happen in Part 4 of the highest-rated heist drama on Netflix.
The final episode of Part 3 ends on a dramatic cliffhanger with two unfavourable situations in the hands of the robbers— Nairobi getting shot on the chest on Alicia’s (officer in charge of the Operation) commands and the fake encounter of Lisbon (aka Racquel Murillo) that sets the professor in a weak-in-his-knees kind-of situation.
The transmission of fake bullets fired at Racquel Murillo adds as a fuel to fire and sends the Professor in frenzy. In a knee jerk reaction, the professor declares war against the state but behold, this is exactly what Alicia Sierra has been hoping for.
Also, do you remember Tatiana, Berlin’s ex-girlfriend from season 3? Well, guesses are Alicia is none other else than Tatiana herself. She was the only one aware of the intricate planning of the entire heist apart from Berlin and the Professor. Well, if that’s so, then we know why she is playing her cards just right. And if this stands true, the Professor has a real challenge ahead of him and might have to deconstruct the entire plan in order to sew another one to checkmate Alicia.
With what smartness Alicia outwits the Professor of his own game is truly commendable and immaculate, but also highly questionable.
And what happens in the opening episode of season 4 of Money Heist only hints at the downfall of the robbers and them trying to fix it through damage-control sans Nairobi.
Meanwhile, season 4 of Money Heist will tie all the loose knots left open in season 3, the end of the chapter will show the robbers emerging as victorious.
But when will season 4 come on Netflix? Without much ado, the release for Part 4 of Money Heist is timed for an April 3, 2020 slot.
And while we all low-key hope Nairobi isn’t dead and she comes back alive through some gimmick, we also root for the professor, who is the lone wolf in this game and the prime schemer, to reunite with his love Racquel (aka Lisbon) so that the two together can pull off the heist together like a boss!
