‘Bull’ to end after 6 Seasons
Even though the show is currently in its sixth season, there is already talk about the seventh season. However, the fans of the legal drama might have to face a little disappointment since CBS announced a few months ago that the season 6 finale would serve as the series finale as well.

‘Bull’ cancelled at CBS
The fans had a hard time wrapping their heads around this information. The show has been going on. It was rated very well by the critics and was also among the most successful shows on CBS. However, it wasn’t always the plan. CBS took this drastic step in response to the departure of two key actors from the show, Freddy Rodriguez and Michael Weatherly. Michael was headlining the cast playing the titular role in the show. His exiting the show was somehow going to have a major impact on the show’s future. But no one expected the sudden cancellation of the series.
The Network praised the show in an official statement, calling it a “fresh take on the judicial process”. The network also praised the show’s high ratings, which were attributed to the hardworking cast and crew who worked both behind and in front of the camera. The appreciation also got extended to the show’s devoted viewers and fans.
Despite this heartfelt message, the show’s devoted fans couldn’t accept the news that ‘Bull’ was being cancelled. The show appeared to be heading for a seventh and possibly an eighth season. Nobody knew exactly when the decision to cancel the show got done.
Multiple sources claim that the cancellation decision got done around the new year. However, because the season 6 finale will have to provide full closure to the characters and viewers, DKODING believes that it must have happened a long time ago because the writers had to come up with an alternate ending for the finale.
Well, this still comes across as shocking news for the fans. But it is what it is now!
