American Horror Story has received green light for Season 10. The latest installment will witness the return of Witches from Coven (Season 3) and Apocalypse (Season 8). The season will air on September 2020.
American Horror Story is a grisly-gift for fans, which never seems to stop coming. FX renewed Ryan Murphy’s flagship show – American Horror Story for season 10 even before season 8 was completely finished. The confidence of the Network shows us how much trust they have on the show. Well, it has not been a fluke, AHS has been entertaining fans for a long time.
With every season depicting a distinct storyline, the show becomes naturally more engaging. FX Network CEO John Landgraf confirmed to Deadline that the future of AHS depends on its creators. John said – “It comes down to whether Ryan Murphy and Tim Minear could come up with stories that they are excited about”.
However, opposite to the fans’ delight, Murphy himself is far-stretched these days due to his new deal with Netflix involving ‘The Politician’. Perhaps, this may be the end of American Horror Story. If the upcoming installment would be the last chapter or not isn’t confirmed yet, but, you can expect a lot of excitement for sure.
American Horror Story – Season 10
Season nine was the first chapter of American Horror Story to air without Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters. Both actors were of even more importance to the show following Lange’s initial departure. Fortunately, Peters in a recent interview with Digital Spy suggested that he could return to the cast.

However, there is a strong possibility that even if Peters does return, Paulson won’t be coming along. In spite of her love for the show, there has been no official word on her future involvement until now. Besides Ryan Murphy has already lined her up for a number of other big projects, including Ratched on Netflix and Impeachment: American Crime Story.
Season 10: Theme
There has been no official word from Murphy is yet to reveal anything about season 10. But fans have been waiting for American Horror Story to bring back the aliens from season two. This might be the perfect time to do that.
At the end of Asylum, Aliens swept away Kit Walker, leaving two children behind with extraterrestrial DNA. We know that those children grew up to become extremely successful. However, the show is yet to revisit this dangling plot thread, aside from some passing references to space-themed music in Apocalypse.
While the aliens weren’t exactly the best thing about season two, it would still be rewarding for longtime fans to see this story play out in season ten, especially if American Horror Story is soon coming to an end.
The season 10 will air on September 2020. As the trend has been so far. The ninth season aired on September 18, 2019, so we can expect season 10 to air around sometime.
