A new leak claims it won’t be strange to see Doctor Strange in the WandaVision finale this weekend
The hype around Marvel’s first sitcom series is just insane. The past few episodes of WandaVision changes everything and tells more about Wanda then all the MCU movies combined. Now, with just days to go for the WandaVision finale a new 4chan leak confirms Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) will save Wanda from her hex. The thing about these leaks is the fact that many of them have been proven right in course of this series.
While we should take everything with a pinch of salt that doesn’t comes directly from the Marvel Studios the leaks are interesting and at least tells us how far imaginations can go. Indeed, if it comes true, consider this a spoiler warning before you read ahead.
What Happens in the WandaVision Finale?
Episode 8 finally gave us long speculated villain Agatha Harkness aka Agnes. It was Agness all along! She was messing up with Wanda this whole time. So, while Wanda created this alternate reality to cope with her grief, Agnes was messing with her, be it Fietro or other glitches. Now that we have met Agnes in all her glory, she is undeniable the villain for the series.
Regardless of the cliffhanger we had in Episode 8 end the previous trailer shows us a bigger war is coming. Wanda and Vision will fight for their home. WandaVision finale will be 40 minutes long, most screen time than any other episode by far.
Watch: WandaVision Episode 9 Preview! Leak Might Be True! (SPOILER WARNING)
The big battle will feature Scarlet Witch, Vision, the twins, hopefully fighting alongside Monica Rambeau and Pietro. The news is WandaVision finale has more VFX than Avengers: Endgame. And why not we have to see Scarlet Witch in all her glory and Agnes is no less. There would be scarlet and purple fireworks. Furthermore, we’d have two Visions and the twins using their powers. And then there is Monica Rambeau whose blue electric powers we saw in Episode 7 and hopefully Quicksilver along with her.
Given how Marvel Studios chose to differentiate between each character’s powers with different colours – the CGI work and VFX will be max in WandaVision finale battle.
How is Doctor Strange Involved in the Final Battle?
Marvel Studio Head Kevin Feige revealed during the Disney Investors Day presentation that WandaVision, Spiderman: No Way Home and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness are three pillars of MCU Multiverse. Elizabeth Olsen is already shooting for Doctor Strange sequel. So, it’s not a big deal if the Sorcerer Supreme might actually end up on the Disney+ series.
Furthermore, the recent 4Chan leak suggests, given the dark magic used in the show and multiverse in jeopardy Doctor Strange will show up in the first 30 minutes of the finale episode. Seems like he’ll be helping Wanda of take her under his wing thus taking her to the Multiverse of Madness sequel.
Furthermore, he’ll not show up alone but with another X-Men character who is not Magneto or Professor X but the Nightcrawler. How that plays out would be interesting to see. Again, this is a leak and we’d have to take it with a pinch of salt. Everything will be revealed during the WandaVision finale this Friday on Disney+.
