So, in the latest paparazzi consensus, Holland and Pratt in Onward had no Marvel influence whatsoever. Pixar’s new animation masterpiece won’t be the first time that they are together on-screen. And if this succeeds, we might have Tom Holland aka Spider-Man and Chris Pratt aka Star-Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy doing crossovers in future MCU films.

Big Boots to fill for MCU Phase 4 success
Furthermore, with the departure of Marvel’s titan actors Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans and with the of marquee characters Iron-Man and Captain America, they are big voids to be fulfilled. There’s immense debate raging on in fan communities if the dead characters like Gamora will be back in Guardians of the Galaxy. Another debate firing up is how Spider-Man will take over Tony Stark’s legacy and pickup from the high point where Iron-Man left the MCU.
Arguably, crossovers from Pratt and Holland in future Spider-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy films will help the MCU Phase 4 gather steam for the long run and the new Avengers formation.
