Taylor Swift is living her worst nightmare as music producer Scooter Braun is the official owner of all her records
Braun recently acquired Big Machine Label Group, the label that has released all of Swift’s studio albums.

The deal is estimated $300 million which included the entire, six-album catalog Taylor Swift has released through labels.

The American singer took Tumblr to express her disappointment over the reported $300 million deal in a heartbreaking letter.
“For years I asked, pleaded for a chance to own my work. Instead I was given an opportunity to sign back up to Big Machine Records and ‘earn’ one album back at a time, one for every new one I turned in. I walked away because I knew once I signed that contract, Scott Borchetta would sell the label, thereby selling me and my future,” Taylor began her lengthy post. “I had to make the excruciating choice to leave behind my past. Music I wrote on my bedroom floor and videos I dreamed up and paid for from the money I earned playing in bars, then clubs, then arenas, then stadiums.”
She not only accused Braun of “manipulative” and a “bully,” but also called out Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Justin Bieber for their involvement with him.
Yael Cohen Braun, the artist manager’s wife, stepped in to defend her husband and claimed that Swift did know about the deal.

She on her Instagram and wrote, “who are you to talk about bullying?” The world has watched you collect and drop friends like wilted flowers.” Also, “You are supposed to be a role model, but continue to model bullying.”
Justin Bieber, who is one of Braun’s best-known clients, stepped in and sided with his manager. He wrote, “for you to take it to social media and get people to hate on scooter isn’t fair. What were you trying to accomplish by posting that blog? seems to me like it was to get sympathy u also knew that in posting that your fans would go and bully scooter.”
Halsey, Joseph Kahn, Todrick Hall, and many others joined Swift’s camp.
