After having been taken under Disney, will Ryan Reynolds’ highest-grossing R-rated movie still be the same?
Deadpool 3 is in the making and fans are worried if it will be rated R. After Disney bought the right to Fox’s Marvel characters, it has been a subject of discussion whether the upcoming third installment of Deadpool will be R-rated or not.
Disney has a history of producing PG-rated content; therefore, the addition of Deadpool to the family will be interesting.

Honestly? There ain’t no Deadpool without some puns and slangs. Am I right or am I right?
Let’s clarify this, once and for all –
Bob Iger – CEO of Disney, expressed his feelings about the fate of Deadpool 3 on the day Disney acquired Fox.
He clarified, “It clearly has been and will be Marvel branded. But we think there might be an opportunity for a Marvel-R brand for something like Deadpool. As long as we let the audiences know what’s coming, we think we can manage that fine.”

Good news? This isn’t all. Bob Iger recently gave a hint, on an earnings call, about Disney’s plans to make more R-rated movies.
“We do believe there is room for the Fox properties to exist without significant Disney influence over the nature of the content. Meaning that we see that there is certainly popularity amongst Marvel fans for the R-rated Deadpool films, for instance, we’re going to continue in that business, and there might be room for more of that.”

Will the mercenary-with-a-mouth be in the MCU?
Marvel has full rights to the character of Deadpool now. This means, hell yes, Deadpool 3 will be produced together by Disney and Marvel. The CEO of Disney, Bob Iger, feels there is no need for two marvels and that the characters should be under one entity. A few adjustments and changes from both sides will bring in the perfect Deadpool 3.
How would Deadpool fit in the MCU?
Well, now that Marvel is planning to reboot all the X-Men characters that belonged to Fox except Deadpool, the merce will now be put into the pre-existing MCU.
Let’s get creative and think of ways that it can be done, shall we?
- Binge-commenting
He could very well be made to crash on a couch and binge-watch all the MCU productions on camera while being a critic through and through. (Of course..in his extremely punny ways) - Pairing him up
Bringing an MCU character to the movie and pairing them up with Deadpool could be one of the best ways to fit him in the magnificent MCU. - Multiverse Baby
How about he switches universes in Deadpool? This would establish the Multiverse setup of MCU in Deadpool and thereby, make him fit right in.
There are so many ways that this can be done. Can you think of some?
