During a fight with Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel, she took her power, rendering her comatose for some time. To gain back her power, Rogue gives up her criminal life and turns to Professor Xavier for help. Xavier saw something in her and took her in and also Rogue did not let him down. She proved herself as a trustworthy member of the team. Now Rogue is one of the greatest heroes to join X-Men. She is one of the Marvel Villains turned heroes.
2. ELEKTRA
Elektra first appeared in Daredevil #168. He has a long history of murdering people and fighting heroes such as Daredevil. She is a highly trained assassin of Greek descent. She is part of one of the evilest organizations in the Marvel universe, The Hand.
She is one of Frank Miller’s best-known creations, but subsequent writers’ use of her is controversial as Marvel had originally promised to refrain from reviving the character without Miller’s permission. After sometime Elektra and Matt Murdock aka Daredevil get to know each other and soon the two combatants fell in love. This turns Elektra to eventually abandoned her life of evil and decide to use her gifts to do the world some good.
3. VENOM
It’s hard for Villains like Venom to shine when there are much bigger villains destroying the world. Venom is the most dangerous of all the villains alongside Spiderman. He was driven by a desire to get revenge on both Spider-Man and Peter Parker.
He is the squid-ink-colored inverse of Peter Parker. Later in the story, Spider-Man was able to convince Venom to quash their beef so they could team up to stop a greater threat: Carnage. Eventually, Spider-Man and Venom became allies.
4. MAGNETO
Magneto has gone back and forth from villain to hero and back to villain again. Sometimes it’s hard to tell exactly where his allegiances lie. During the first of these many turns, Magneto actually turned himself in having felt guilt for his many crimes.
Magneto is the most powerful mutant of X-men series that has turned villains to heroes and vice-versa many times. It is difficult to tell where his allegiances lie. Being one of the major villains in Marvel Comics that turned to heroes on many occasions. After a surprise attack, the X-Men’s leader Professor X was incapacitated. He asks Magneto to lead the X-Men in his place and this trust on his arch-enemy truly changed him. Although he would eventually become a villain once again, till that time he was a great hero.
5. DEADPOOL
Deadpool is a major character from Marvel Comics as an anti-hero as well as anti-villain in his appearance. He was originally a villain when he comes into conflict with X-Men characters. Deadpool was shown as a new enemy of the mutant team.
The mutant mercenary with an insatiable bloodlust and the uncanny ability to break the fourth wall, usually aware of the medium he is in. As time passed he eventually rejects his murderous ways and seeks to become a hero, but he was not very successful. Deadpool tried to show that underneath his psychotic outer shell, there is a hero that just wants to do the right thing.
