After DiCaprio’s friend and director Quentin Tarantino talked about retirement plans, the actor was asked if he is thinking of early retirement.
Leonardo DiCaprio will recently be seen in Quentin Tarantino‘s 9th film, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood which is the most anticipated movies of 2019.
The Oscar-winning actor will star as the 1960s struggling actor Rick Dalton in Quentin Tarantino’s movie.
At the premiere of the movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in Los Angeles, Leonardo was asked about his retirement plans.
Leonardo DiCaprio said, “It’s a good question. I don’t know. I mean, I suppose at some point I might retire, but I’ve always looked at this as the greatest gift that anyone’s ever given me. I feel like I won the lotto, so I’m going to keep going as long as they’ll have me.”
Quentin has spoken about how his 10th film will be his last and that he’s looking at early retirement.
At the premiere, Leonardo DiCaprio was joined by his co-actors Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie, along with director Quentin Tarantino. It will be the first time that we see Leonardo and Brad Pitt star in the same movie as the latter plays Rick’s handsome stunt double, Cliff Booth.
The film was first screened at the Cannes International Film Festival 2019 and has reportedly earned a reported 7-minute standing ovation at the festival.
