Good Health Brings You Better Games
Esports is just like any other sport when it comes to a player’s health. There are no excuses. As seen in many documentaries and studies, Esport athletes often work out and eat healthily. You must not forget the kind of money that is at stake here.
So, while you are at it, don’t forget to keep taking short naps, frequent exercises, drink plenty of water and spend time with your friends and family as well. Ask them for cheat codes and gaming strategies if nothing.
Find The Right Gears
Most people don’t care much about gaming accessories but they should. It’s more like having a sports car you love without your favourite fitment. So to say, players without the right accessories are just players, not gamers!
By this, I don’t mean if you have the right gear you will eventually start playing well instantly. However, recall the time of frequent lags, stuttering keyboard, no-feel gamepads. It’s like going back to the Gameboy in history timeline. Get the feel?
Be Focused
Dedication towards something is key to achieve better results. If you are extremely fascinated with a game by playing it enough you will become good at it. There is a reason why role-playing games are the most preferred. Time and perseverance is an essential part of becoming good at something.
Watch Tutorials not Walkthroughs
Millions of players have crushed the game you are trying to play, metaphorically of course. So, while you are stuck at it, don’t worry about finding a reference point to learn from.
Tutorials help you with your way out from a particular event, through your point of view and your capabilities. Walkthroughs are your cheat codes without any further explanation.
Practice Makes a Man Perfect
Practice would eventually make you perfect. This is organic more you play more you learn! Your instincts will eventually become so real as if you can be done with any game in a jiffy, even with highest difficulty level.
You can’t just practice against noobs and expect to become better. You are just as good as the environment you’re playing against. If you constantly play against noobs, you would hardly push your limits. Easy games are just wheezy gamers.
Role Play More
You start a game and wrap up the campaign in a day or two. The real struggle starts when you roll yourself in it. Even though your main objective would be to finish the game by not trying hurdle, leaving away crucial reward points or ranks. But don’t!
So for example, if you want to become the best Far Cry player, you might want to play Far Cry through the mountainous jungle, complete other objectives. Do this not to master the game, but to learn important tricks along the way. This would help you learn the strength and weaknesses of other roles. Thus, you can better be equipped to counter them with your actual gameplay.
Breaks Make You Better
Sometimes taking a break is an essential part of becoming better. Consider a game, a movie you are into but here, you are a part of it. It is essential to take a break. It cognitively helps you. You play with better vigilance and immaculate strategies to keep going through the story line or a campaign.
These are some handy tips to take your leap to become a better gamer. Not that you aren’t already!
