Bollywood got the 10 Iconic Bollywood villains and their dialogue
In Hindi films, there is a bad guy and there is a good guy. The hero gets the girl and the villains get the best dialogues. The following dialogues will be remembered for generations to come.
Here are the 10 ‘Baddest’ Bollywood Villain Dialogues
1. Gabbar Singh (Sholay)
This character was played by Amjad Khan. And we are sure that no one could have done a better job with it. He did many more brilliant negative acts, but his Sholay act, especially the iconic dialogue ‘Kitne Aadmi The‘, has been etched in memory forever.
‘Yeh haath humko de de Thakur, Joh darr gaya samjho marr gaya , Holi kab hai, kab hai holi’
2. Mogambo (Mr. India)
This character was played by Amrish Puri. Mogambo was completely over the top with a strange costume, a stick and a throne surrounded by his loyalists. He became the very definition of evil.
‘Mogambo khush hua’
3. Ranjeet (Amir Garib)
The character Played by Ranjeet himself, this was a guy with evil intentions, and He’s the serial rapist of the Hindi film industry.
‘Aeee…’
4. Lion (Kalicharan)
This character was played by Ajit. This guy was a suave, classy villain with an accent. His confident wrong pronunciation of the word ‘lion’ made him famous. If blink-and-miss characters like Mona and Lily attained unprecedented fame, Ajit is the one to thank.
‘Sara Shehar Mujhe Loin Ke Naam Se Janata Hai’
5. Prem (Bobby)
The character is played by Prem Chopra. He was lecherous, conniving and outright ruthless when it came to portraying a villain on-screen contrary to his name, he’d always be hitting on girls, forcing himself on them or kidnapping them.
‘Prem naam hai mera, Prem Chopra’
6. Sherkhan (Zanjeer)
This character was played by Pran and was one that made the audience really angry. The best villain of all-time, Pran’s USP was his venomous expression in his eyes and his unmatched dialogue delivery. He was probably among the first negative guys to add a dash of humour to wickedness.
‘Sherkhan khud aaya tha aur khud chala jayega’
7. Shakaal ( Shaan)
Shakaal’s character, played by Kulbhushan Kharbanda, was inspired from the west. This villain was the epitome of coolness. The actor shocked everyone playing the unimaginably wicked Shakaal in Shaan and did a brilliant job at the same.
‘Ajeeb Janwar Hai, Kitna Bhi Khaye Bhukha Hi Rehta Hai’
8. Kancha Cheena Agneepath
The character is played by Danny Denzongpa. A complete natural on-screen, Danny made even playing the baddie look glamorous. He plays the character of a self-proclaimed under-world don who takes over a village called Mandwa.
‘Apna Ussool Kehta Hai Har Galati Ki Saza Maut Hai… Sirf Maut’
9. Gokul Pandit (Dushman)
The character is played by Ashutosh Rana, Rana is the scariest of all nailed with the serial rapist with his lustful eyes that people still compliment for his devilish role in Dushman.
‘Ya toh aap shikaar karte hai ya shikaar ho jaate hai’
10. Kesariya Vilayati (Ram Lakhan)
The character was played by Gulshan Grover. He was so good as the baddie that he earned the sobriquet Bad Man, which was actually a popular dialogue from his film Ram Lakhan.
‘Bad Man!’
