A lovely couple of Bollywood Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to share the screen space in 83. After a long time, Deepika and Ranveer will be seen together in a film. The couple has seen together in Ramleela, Padmaavat and Bajirao Mastaani.
The film is based on India’s 1983 world cup cricket win in which Ranveer will play the role of Kapil Dev. And Deepika will be portraying his wife Romi Dev in the film. Fans are excited to watch both the actors on screen as this is the first time post marriage that Deepika and Ranveer will feature together.
After shooting for the film in London, Ranveer and Deepika recently wrapped up the film in Mumbai.
As per the reports, Deepika is planning an exciting wrap up party for the cast and crew of 83.
The actress has personally written a letter to each and everyone from the team inviting them for the party. Deepika’s letter reads, “Member of team ’83, Over the last several months iconic moments have been relieved and memories have been etched in our hearts forever. I am beyond proud to be a part of a team that is driven by love, passion, enthusiasm and eternally grateful for your contribution. And for this, I would like to invite you to a celebration! “
The 83 wrap-up party is expected to be held in Mumbai’s BKC area. The film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiva, Sahil Khattar, Chirag Patil, Adinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, Dinker Sharma, Jatin Sarna, Nishant Dahiya, R Badree, Zakir Hussain and Pankaj Tripathi in key role.
The makers will also unveil a glimpse of Ranveer in the iconic ‘Natraj Shot’, playing at the Turn Bridge Wells ground, where Kapil Dev scored 175 runs in the league match against Zimbabwe in 1983. The film is helmed by Kabir Khan and it is slated to hit the theaters on 10 April 2020.
Also, Deepika Padukone will be soon seen in ‘Chappaak’ starring Vikrant Messy.
