I just don’t get it what is there in their kitchen!!! There is something which we are totally unaware of and I really want to know what is that.
Recently the internet is stunned after seeing an amazing transformation by Gabriella (Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend) who recently became a mother.
Yes and that too in 11 days!!! Seriously!!!
Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades recently welcomed a baby on July 18. She has always updated her fans and that too paparazzi about her pregnancy progress till her delivery. Now she has shared her picture wherein she has lost weight and that too in just 11 days after her delivery.
She shared her picture on her Instagram account which clearly makes us conscious about our fitness thoughts as she shared the post-pregnancy picture where she is looking ahhhhmazing.
Here’s the thing which she wrote about how she lost weight:
In an Instagram story, wherein, she shared a picture of herself one week before her delivery and wrote, “So this was me 3 weeks ago. A week before giving birth to my beautiful boy (almost 10 pounds of him) I had picked up 21 kgs in the 9th month of pregnancy. This seems like a story everyone wants to hear. It was not easy to watch my body go through that, however, I trusted the process. I continued working out, not perhaps the same level of training I was used to but I worked out almost 5 days a week. I ate what I wanted but in moderation and I rested when my body told me to.”
In her second picture, she said and shared that Gabriella explained how it was very important for her to take care of her baby and keep the baby healthy and she never really cared about how she looked after gaining 21kilos during her pregnancy.
She wrote, “I am blessed and grateful to have had a natural delivery and I have to say, the body is an amazing thing. I watched as I brought life into this world and I couldn’t care less about what I looked like doing it. We care so much about how we look and little about how we actually feel. 21 kgs heavier and I never felt better. All I really cared about is that my baby was happy and healthy. But now, I’m on the road to getting my old self back. I get asked all the time what my regime is, what I’m eating. What I’m doing.”
In her third story, she shared an unbelievable picture of herself wherein she is just looking fabulous and she shared a lean picture of herself and stated that how is it important to continue the fitness routine even during her pregnancy. She captioned the picture, “This photo was taken 11 days after delivery. It’s a long way from where it was but the body is an amazing thing. All I can say it, don’t stop your regime during pregnancy. Move, eat well and treat yourself every now and again. Prenatal yoga really helped keep my pelvic floor strong. Also, remember everyone is different and all good things do take time, so be patient with your body and your mind.”
Its totally unrealistic and that is the major reason that people are not understanding how is that even possible. As we have seen a lot of actresses who shredded their weight after pregnancy but not that soon.
This actually is sort of pressuring your body and when celebrities do something like this, it actually creates a lot of immense pressure on all the ladies out there who want to look nice but that is ethically not possible!!!
