US President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka’s personal secretary is the latest coronavirus (Covid-19) case connected to the White House.
In the latest case of a White House personnel catching the Covid-19 infection, Ivanka Trump’s personal assistant tested positive yesterday. Sources close to the matter have told CNN that the assistant, who is not on the White House payroll but personally employed by Ivanka has not been in touch with the US President’s daughter for “several weeks”.
The PA who tested coronavirus positive has not been in contact with Ivanka Trump for several weeks.
The source further told CNN that the said personal assistant had been teleworking for Ivanka Trump for almost two months. The test that tested her positive was a cautionary measure as is asymptomatic. However, on the same day, Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner tested negative for Covid-19.

Ivanka Trump’s personal assistant is the third confirmed casualty connected to the White House. Earlier, President Trump had confirmed that VP Mike Pence’s press secretary, Katie Miller was the first high-profile positive case inside the Trump Administration. Earlier, one of President Trump’s personal valet also tested Covid-19 positive. The President was reported left fuming and came down hard on his personal security reprimanding them for not doing enough to protect him.
