Voice actor Jason Davis passed away in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Jason Davis gave the 20th century a whole lot of memories— thanks to his role in Disney Channel’s animated series, ‘Recess’. The voice actor, who was the grandson of late studio chief Marvin Davis, was only 35.

With his character in Disney Channel’s show, Recess, Jason Davis gave kids beautiful memories to carry forward in their lives. But sadly, he passed away on Sunday in Los Angeles.
Later, his mother, Nancy Davis, gave a statement announcing the sad and sudden demise of her son.
Nancy Davis said— “I am so heartbroken to share the saddest news of my life that my son Jason Davis passed away this morning in Los Angeles. Jason had a true heart of gold with such a zest for life. He was such a caring soul to everybody who ever knew him. He loved his friends and his family above all else. We ask for privacy as we take time to grieve this most devastating loss.”
The cause of Jason Davis’ death is currently unknown.
Jason Davis’ character in Disney Channel’s Recess— Michael ‘Mikey’ Blumberg—was one of the fan-favourite ones. Thus, undoubtedly, fans were devastated by this shocking piece of news. They took to social media platforms to express their emotions.
