We all know ‘Wonder Woman’ is one of the most iconic characters of the DC Universe played by Gal aka Diana. However, do you know that the 35-year old actress wasn’t sure about the film and a bit nervous to play the character of ‘Wonder Woman’? Yes, you read it right!
The gorgeous actress opened up about the nerves she had going in her mind while shooting for the film. During an interview with an entertainment portal, Gadot admitted that taking on DC superhero to her felt like she’s climbing a mountain. She explained that she was honoured to be a part of the DC Universe and wanted to deliver her best performance which resonated with the audience.
Gal Gadot told the outlet, “When I was told I was going to have my own movie, I was super nervous. I’d never been the title. It was important for me to bring something good to the world and to bring a character that matters. I felt like the little girl looking at Mount Kilimanjaro and not sure how she’s going to climb it”. Despite all this, Gal Gadot impressed the audiences and became everyone’s favourite in the DC Universe.

In an interview with an entertainment portal, Gal Gadot talked about the ‘Wonder Woman’ effect and the way she has been affected by it. The star admitted, “It completely changed my life. Somehow it came out at a point in time where people were really craving it. It made an impact. And Patty and I were very lucky, I would say, that the movie was received the way it was and that it came out in the era it did, and I think we just, without even knowing consciously, ticked a lot of the right boxes”.
