Recently, the James Bond actor’s fitness trainer claimed that he made Daniel Craig the fittest 50-year-old on the planet. But all that fitness cannot win him back the fame he once enjoyed.
Yes, James Bond actor Daniel Craig might be fit enough to be the world’s fittest 50-year-old, but his days of fame are long gone. The English actor was once at the epitome of his career when he was cast as James Bond in 2006’s Casino Royale. But with the upcoming James Bond movie, No Time to Die, the craze for Daniel Craig among fans is not so much enthralling as it once used to be.
- Daniel Craig’s fitness trainer claimed that the James Bond actor is so fit that he is in fact the fittest 50-year-old on the planet.
- Ever since he was cast as James Bond in 2006, Simon Waterson has been training Daniel Craig.
- But despite such a good physique, Daniel Craig is nowhere to be seen in major cinematic projects.
We all saw Daniel Craig transform into James Bond for Casino Royale in 2006. Fourteen years later, we see Daniel Craig has pumped up his muscles to the extent that make James Bond look cooler.
There is no denying that Daniel Craig is as fit as James Bond.
But it is the magic of his fitness trainer, Simon Waterson. Thanks to the well-planned workouts, James Bond’s physique is just the right amount of muscular for his upcoming movie.
Daniel Craig Owes His Fit Figure To His Fitness Trainer, Simon Waterson
Simon Waterson has special expertise to make James Bonds out of actors. Most recently, he used his skills and transformed Daniel Craig to the fittest 50-year-old on the planet for his upcoming James Bond movie, No Time to Die.
In an interview with Men’s Health, Simon Waterson talked about 52-year-old Daniel Craig. Moreover, he also talked about their partnership over his five James Bond movies, and his workout for No Time to Die. Reading his words one realises that it is not an easy task, especially not at 50!
While Daniel Craig is fit and looks like a Greek God, the same is no longer the case with his Hollywood career.
No Time to Die might be the last James Bond project for Daniel Craig. If everything goes fine, No Time to Die has its release date schedule for 12 November 2020.
Daniel Craig’s IMDb page shows a list of future projects that he is associated with. But none of them are exciting enough as compared to his super-agent role. Not only this, but the world is also not so excited for 2020’s No Time to Die than it was for 2006’s Casino Royale.
The only ‘excitement’ factor in the upcoming movie is the casting of a female 007 agent.
