Author Stephenie Meyer would be releasing a new book in the Twilight series, ‘Midnight Sun’. It is scheduled to release in August 2020. And this time, a re-telling of the Twilight story will be from Vampire Edward Cullen’s (portrayed by Robert Pattinson) perspective. But it seems like, Robert Pattinson isn’t interested to reprise the role that made him famous.

Robert Pattinson No Longer Interested In Edward Cullen
According to Hollywood Life, Robert Pattinson is very proud to be a part of the Twilight franchise as he lived that character for many years. Edward Cullen helped his career through and gave him millions of fans. Talking about reprising the role, “He hasn’t been given an advanced copy to know what other directions it may go besides obviously being about Edward’s perspective”. Looks like, Robert Pattinson has no plans to go back to portray the same character he played for many years.

As we all know, Robert Pattinson is going to be the next Batman, and fans are excited to see him in the new avatar. Robert Pattinson revealed in an interview on Sunday Today with Willie Geist that he does not want to get the same fan frenzy as he did when he was a part of Twilight. Also, Robert does not want to go back to the same character he played for many years and has all the plans to explore more genres.
