Earlier this week, an influencer Daniel Richtman posted on social media that Marvel is looking for an Alison Brie-type actress to cast in their upcoming She-Hulk show on Disney+. As expected, this has led to an immense level of hype on the internet.

Alison’s response on the casting rumours of She-Hulk
A few days ago, the actress made her appearance on ‘The Late Late Show With James Corden‘ and he asked her about the casting rumours of She-Hulk.
Alison said ”I didn’t know it was such a trending thing, but I woke up to a lot of Instagram posts of like side by side pictures of me and She-Hulk, which I just thought cool. And then that quote about an ‘Alison Brie-type’ which honestly I found very exciting because for years I’ve auditioned for the Anne Hathaway type or the Zooey Deschanel type…I was very flattered to be my own type for somebody else’’.
Is Alison Brie is hiding something?
Alison then joked with James about making some phone calls, but he asked her directly whether she wants to be she-hulk and she said: “I find it interesting“. That part of the interview is what people are finding suspicious as her reaction almost seems to be hiding something that she is not supposed to discuss which clearly means, she has been approached for the role of She-Hulk. However, chooses to stay tight-lipped about it.
