The sprawling mansion boasts of 3 floors of ultra-modern living space with 7 bedrooms and 11 baths.
Rapper Travis Scott has spent a whopping $23.5 million on a new Brentwood, Los Angeles Mansion, and he paid for it IN ALL CASH! Well, that’s just how ‘Astronomical’ (pun intended) the rapper rolls.
Travis’ newest 16,700 square-feet estate in Brentwood, one of L.A.’s opulent neighbhourhoods, is designed and built by the father-daughter duo of De Loren & Associates.
The sprawling mansion boasts of 3 floors of ultra-modern living space with 7 bedrooms and 11 baths. In addition, the lavish property can also host a 20-car ‘auto-gallery’ garage.
Other facilities in the mansion include a gym, bar, sauna, 15-seater theatre, a massive infinity pool, a wine closet and a lot more. Meanwhile, the expansive abode sits atop a hill giving a panoramic view of the city.
Apparently, Travis got this mansion for a bargain. The mansion was earlier offered in the summer of 2019 at double the cost, ie., $42 million. However, Travis swooped in after two price cuts and then paid for the entire purchase in cash.
It is said that Travis Scott’s new mansion is not too far from Basketball player LeBron James and British model Petra Ecclestone home, making them his new neighbhours.
Inside the mansion’s glass front door lies a floor-to-ceiling walnut sculpture designed by master Japanese carpenter Toshi Kawabata. In addition, a 12-foot ‘green wall’ acts as a natural air purifier.
Beyond that lies a completely open main level comprising of a single great room with a fireplace, bar, and various seating and dining areas. Additionally, an adjoining kitchen slathered in black marble and outfitted with custom Gaggenau appliances.
REQUISITE RECREATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES
The structure’s lower level is devoted to recreation and entertainment section with a wet bar and a temperature-modulated wine closet that can hold up to 650 bottles. Also, tucked directly under the outdoor swimming pool is the estate’s game room equipped with a ping-pong table exclusively designed by a famous designer.
Upstairs, Travis Scott’s new mansion includes two junior master suites and a hedonistic suite with a spa-style bath, dual closets, and a balcony with an ocean view panning all the way to downtown Los Angeles.
There are ample recreational amenities like a poolside cabana, alfresco dining decks, an outdoor kitchen, and a 75-foot infinity pool. Furthermore, a 10,000 sq. foot backyard with a Zen garden and a fruit orchard with approximately 300 trees.
In addition, the 28-year-old rapper co-owns another property in Los Angeles with Kylie Jenner worth $13.5 million.
