Instagram lets you post on multiple accounts at the same time

Be the master of your own Insta-verse with multiple Instagram accounts

Do you handle multiple Instagram accounts? If you do, you’ll love this new update. It has just begun rolling out the ability to post to different accounts (not Stories) you control at the same time by toggling between them within the ‘compose’ screen.

This app has reportedly been rolling out a feature that allows users with multiple accounts to post the same content on all of their feeds simultaneously. The feature is available for iOS users only so far.

This app has been developing new features and tools over the past few months. In October, the Facebook-owned photo-sharing network brought out a machine-learning tool that detects bullying in photos and captions. In December, a report said Instagram is testing creator accounts for high-profile users. The platform plans to develop tools to give influencers insights about their daily and weekly audience data and follower numbers.

We did see Instagram including the option of sharing public posts as stories in the past, but there’s still no option for you to reshare someone else’s story unless you’re tagged in the post. As far as a rollout for Android users is concerned, Instagram is still mum on revealing a timeline. However, going by how quickly features do migrate from one platform to another, it shouldn’t be too long.

This should be great news for Instagram influencers who tend to maintain multiple accounts at different scopes and specializations. The feature also caters to pages and brands with multiple admins working from different locations.
