Asus ROG Phone May Soon Get Android 9.0 Pie Update
The model number of the handset ASUS_Z01QD checks out as well as the benchmark scores and the hardware. The OS shown in the score sheet is Android 9.0 Pie, which could mean that Asus is almost done with the development.

Other features of the phone include front-facing stereo speakers, as well as ‘Air Triggers’ which are aimed at enhancing the gaming experience for users. Asus also has some accessories that can be hooked up to the phone to enable enhanced functionality.
The phone sports side-mounted ports that can be used to link it with the optional TwinView Dock for dual-screen handheld mode, the Mobile Desktop Dock for desktop-style gaming, and the Gamevice controller with WiGig Dock.
The TwinView Dock provides an additional display for the device, along with two more speakers. It has a 6000mAh battery and a cooling fan to keep the temperature low
Users of Asus ROG Phone₹ 69,999 may be in for a surprise, as it seems that the phone could be getting an Android 9.0 Pie update soon.
The phone was first unveiled at Computex in June 2018 and was subsequently launched in India in November. The gamer-centric phone is the first of its kind to feature a 3D vapor-chamber cooling system, while also featuring a display with 90Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time.
