If Elon Musk is your boss, get your resume ready – latimes.com
Reports from the industry experts and as published in Business Insider too – Elon Musk is super intelligent, but demanding and temperamental boss.
Does it mean that Elon Musk cant say NO for an answer or is he as brutal on employees as he is on himself.
Its been reported by AllianceBernstein analyst Toni Sacconaghi that Elon Musk has the highest attrition rates amongst some of the best top Tech giants.

Elon Musk has around 18- 20 direct reports as compared to other Ceos who on an average have around 12 -13 executives directly reporting into them.
–Tesla Executive List of Departures –
Elon Musk annual attrition rate is 44% based on the last 9 months organisational report cards. And surprisingly it’s 9 % in other tech companies with executives reporting into CEOs.
Overall Tesla seems to be struggling with highest attrition rate of 27% in the industry against the average of rate of 15% or so.
Tesla is the most demanding culture in the current scenario but the worry for Elon Musk and management is that with this rate the entire top executive team will be wiped out in less than 4 years.
