Nandan Nilekani says all issues around Aadhaar have now been settled with the parliament passing amendment bill and the Supreme Court upholding its constitutional validity, as per ET reports.
“SC has said private entities cannot use Aadhaar data. That’s been rectified with the amendment bill. Aadhaar issues have now been settled. I think now you will see more and more usage of Aadhaar. It will improve the economy and allow people to improve their lives.”
Talking exclusively to ET NOW, Nilekani said.

Aadhaar has been at the centre of argument for a long time with issues raised around privacy and data security.
It has also faced criticism by some quarters on earlier occasions for being made mandatory to availing services.
